It was awesome to get to know both Bray and Hunter better. We already knew who Hunter will end up with, but this book (I believe) gives us our first clue on Bray's mate - and if what I think is true, I'm VERY excited!This was very much a connecting story meant to fill in information hinted at in previous books, and help set the stage for future ones. It is written so that it could be read as a stand-alone, but I think that it definitely would leave more questions than it answered.One thing that I found to be a bit distracting with this book was that the dialogue felt a bit stilted. I know that the Avanti have a very easy way with one another, and that Kastain is very open to the team when they meet after the events of this book, but they all seemed to trust one another implicitly a little too easily without any real reason behind it. I thought that the other teams were more realistically treated when they first came into contact with the Landran's.

Love this series. We get to see through the eyes of Hunter and Bray from the escape from the Delphini to finding their friends Bray has some very embarrassing moments that will make you laugh. The friendship of these two get stronger and they make some new friends and allies while looking for their missing team mates .Can’t wait for the next book

From start to finish, this was a fun, fast read. I can't wait for the next book in the series. I want to see how Hunter finally lands his man. It was a great look deeper into the two guys we had not yet become familiar with as main characters.

I'm so glad we got this book telling us of what happened when Bray and Hunter crash landed after escaping the Delphini ship they were on.We know these two aren't romantically involved, so there is NO sexy times in this! Yes, that's right, NO SEXY TIMES!!!This not affect the story in any way, shape or form though, instead it concentrates on the friendship, camaraderie of these two during what is quite an intense and terrifying time for them. There were many moments that I couldn't help but burst out laughing at their shenanigans, at one point I even had tears through laughing!This really was another superbly written instalment of an absolutely fantastic series and filled in the gap of what happened to them prior to meeting up with the other team members perfectly!

Someone needs to slap me a few times for not having written a review before now. I freaking L.O.V.E. this series and it's affiliate stories (which, I assume, will all come together at some point... or maybe not?). I love the detail, the descriptions of the world in which our heroes have found themselves, and the men... whew! Fully-fleshed out, masculine but warm and full of humor... it is a joy to read about these guys! Hannah cannot write fast enough for me, yet if she is writing fast she still finds the time to edit properly, provide even more details about the characters, and give us a great story.I don't know how many books she has planned for this series, but I hope there are many more to come!

Another great book in the series. This book is from the point of you of Hunter and Brey after they crash landed and all the adventures in between. I truly enjoy it! So grab your copy and enjoy the adventure! Can't wait for the next one. Happy reading!
